When a child faces cardiac surgery, hospitalization, or another critical health challenge, the entire family is affected.

Parents and caregivers understandably devote significant attention to the child receiving medical care. At the same time, brothers and sisters may experience fear, uncertainty, loneliness, disrupted routines, or difficulty understanding what is happening.

The Femi’s Heart Foundation Siblings Support Initiative Program was created to help ensure that siblings are seen, supported, and remembered during some of their family’s most difficult moments.

Through compassionate family-centered support, Femi’s Heart works alongside hospital partners to provide practical resources, encouragement, and moments of comfort for siblings and caregivers.
